Oakley Aro5 Race

The ARO5 Race helmet has been designed for maximum performance and optimum breathability on the road. The ARO5 Race features an aerodynamic, ventilated design that significantly increases airflow through 19 ventilation holes. Lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5, the ARO5 Race gives you the edge you need to stay ahead of the pack. Combined with further technical advances in goggle integration, comfort and protection, the ARO5 Race is ready to go.

Adjustment The BOA 360° adjustment system features an adjustment wheel for a more secure fit and maximum safety. Overall improvements to the shell shape allow the ARO5 Race to rest lower on the head for better balance, while adapting more naturally to the contours of your head.
Lightweight Thanks to a new shell and other internal modifications, the ARO5 Race is lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5.

The MIPS Air safety system consists of a low-friction layer integrated into the helmet, helping to reduce harmful forces that might otherwise cause impacts to the rider's head.

Ventilation
The AROS Race features newly designed ventilation ports on the front and top to significantly increase air circulation and breathability. The helmet has a total of 19 vents, distributed over the top, sides and rear.

Lining
The Ionic+ Antimicrobial lining is activated by perspiration, keeping things fresh and preventing unpleasant odors.
 
Eyewear storage
Front vents give runners a convenient place to store their glasses. Unobtainium elements hold eyewear temples in place, while cut-outs in the foam inside the helmet prevent temples from injuring the rider's head on impact, creating a simple and intuitive eyewear storage space.

Design
The ARO5 Race features a branded badge with an Iiridium coating, reflecting the colors of the Prizm lenses used on Oakley eyewear. Each badge color is unique to the helmet color, and all celebrate the Oakley heritage.
