Gutilflower, Cacique Maravilla

This pét-nat is made from dry-farmed and organically grown Muscatel (85%), Corinto (10%), and Torontel (5%). Made similarly to Cacique Maravilla’s rosé pét-nat, "Chacolí," the grapes are destemmed, macerated for one day with the skins, then the free run juice is transferred into fiber glass tanks using gravity where it remains for two months before being bottled without filtering, fining, disgorging, or sulfur.
